Pupil Personal Accident Insurance
Currently the school provides cover for 24 hour Pupil Personal Accident Insurance for our students. Our cover is provided by Allianz.
The premium for this cover is included in your Essential Education Costs payment. All students are automatically covered and there is no need to fill out any form to join. If a student leaves the school during the course of the Academic Year she is no longer covered by the policy.
To Make a Claim:
- An Accident Report Form should be completed. This Form can be accessed at www.allianz.ie/schools.
- The Form should be to be signed by the Parent/Guardian and the Principal of the school. The school will enter the Policy Number on the Form.
- The completed Accident Report Form should be returned by Parent/Guardian to Allianz with any accompanying medical/dental bills or receipts, including the Policy number. (You should keep a photocopy of all invoices and form for your records.)
Once the claim form is submitted to Allianz all further correspondence will be between the Parent/Guardian and the Insurance company.
