Remember:

◦ Remove jewellery
◦ Turn on tap
◦ Wet hands
◦ 1 Squirt of soap
◦ Rub in hands as normal
◦ Thumbs ( as we often miss them)
◦ Between finger tips
◦ Rub tips of fingers in palm
◦ Rub tips of thumbs in palm
◦ Rinse off
◦ Dry
◦ If you are taking care of someone at home wash up to elbows.
When?
◦ Before eating food, before and after bathroom

It is important not to become obsessive about the process.
