First Year German Breakfast

The first year German class held a German/Austrian-themed breakfast on Monday, 25 March.  They spent a busy weekend baking and buying goods.  They invited the Transition Year German students to thank them for hosting a lovely Weihnachtsfeier for them before Christmas.

The TYs were waiting patiently outside while the first years set up the room.  They spent the next hour or so, eating German rolls and Gugelhupf and listening to Johann Strauss.  

All in all, a lovely way to start the working week!
